The ProtoGalaxy game guide is now online. If you're stuck on a level, or having trouble with the editor, this will be the place to check to figure it out. The guide is currently a work in progress, but it will one day be the definitive guide to crafting new levels using the ProtoGalaxy editor. Proto Defense DLC is now available for free for ProtoGalaxy! Experience the first interactive co-op turret defense game. Team up with your friends and compete online for the highest score. To celebrate the launch ProtoGalaxy is available for 50% off until March 2.

As it turns out, some people didn't like the fact that the ProtoGalaxy demo was more difficult than the game itself. So, we've released an update to tone down the difficulty of the demo.

ProtoGalaxy Demo v1.0.7 includes an additional level, improved tutorial and difficulty, and all the latest features from ProtoGalaxy. The demo is available on Steam and the Source Studio website. ProtoGalaxy is multiplayer space adventure. Up to 4 players can team up to win battles, solve puzzles and explore the galaxy. ProtoGalaxy pays tribute to days spent in arcades, when games were challenging and players teamed up to beat the next level or get the highest score.

And if you still find it hard, there's no shame in starting off on easy mode ;).
